Recently, City employees have reported receiving solicitations from persons who have an email domain “finalcaresolutions.com”. COAERS is not affiliated with any such firm nor is COAERS the source of information used to solicit employees.
State law prohibits COAERS from releasing information about its members or their benefits to any outside party without the member’s express written consent. COAERS offers a full array of services to its members including the ability for a member to receive information about their benefits at no cost.
