Welcome to the COAERS appointment scheduler.

To serve members, COAERS offers several types of appointments to assist you in planning for your retirement or help with your retirement account. Scroll below to access the appointment scheduler.

Appointment Types:

In-person Appointment
For face-to-face consultations, you can schedule an in-person meeting at our office. Our Member Services team will be happy to meet with you in person.

Telephone Appointment
Schedule a phone call with a member of our team to discuss your retirement plans and get personalized assistance over the phone.

Virtual Appointment
Opt for a virtual meeting from the comfort of your home or office. Connect with our Member Services team through a secure online conferencing platform. All you need is a computer or mobile device with internet access.

Appointment Confirmation:

You will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your scheduled appointment. If you need to reschedule or have any questions, please contact Member Services at member.services@coaers.org or (512) 458-2551. We look forward to assisting you!

City of Austin Employees Retirement System has designated a compliance officer for website disability-related accommodations.
