GENERAL CONTRACTOR FOR INTERIOR OFFICE SPACE CONSTRUCTION 
 

The City of Austin Employees’ Retirement System (COAERS) is seeking proposals for general contracting construction services for an interior office space construction at 4700 Mueller, Austin Texas 78723.

Timeline for Submitting a Proposal
  • Proposal Submission Deadline: On or before Wednesday, May 24, 2023 at 5 p.m. Central Time
  • Bid Opening: Monday, May 25, 2023 at 12 p.m., Central Time
     
Bid Opening

COAERS will conduct a public bid opening meeting at 12 pm, Central Time on May 25, 2023. At the bid opening, firm names that responded to this RFP will be read aloud. This meeting will be held virtually.
