COAERS continues to work remotely with the safety and security of your information in mind. We want you to share personal and confidential information securely since we have moved to remote operations. If you need to submit a form or document that contains personal or confidential information to us, please contact Member Services at (512) 458-2551 to learn about our secure file transfer option.

To protect the health and well-being of our staff and members, COAERS offices were closed to the public starting Tuesday, March 17. All Member Services-related business will be conducted by phone and email interactions. 

During this time, COAERS staff will continue to ensure that benefit payments are issued on time.  If you do not currently receive your payment by direct deposit, we highly encourage you to set it up. All other functions of the organization, including investment management, will continue during the remote operation. 

COAERS will continually monitor the COVID-19 situation and evaluate additional measures as needs arise. We will communicate updates and changes on our website and Facebook page.  As always, the safety and well-being of all members of our community are our utmost priority.  Thank you for your understanding and patience!
