How long will it take for my funds to be refunded or rolled over?
The processing of your refund can take 60-90 days after you receive your final City payroll check, which includes your final retirement contribution to the System. It is your responsibility to ensure that your employment status has been terminated from the City’s payroll system and that you have received your final pay check.
