This calculator is provided by the City of Austin Employees’ Retirement System (COA ERS) solely as a tool for members to obtain unofficial estimates of their retirement benefits. I acknowledge and agree that:

1. This calculator provides only an ESTIMATE of retirement benefits;

2. COA ERS has no liability or obligation, either legal or equitable, to pay any amount as a result of using this calculator; and

3. This ESTIMATE calculation is not a guarantee of benefits that may be available to a member at retirement.

All final retirement benefits shall be determined by COA ERS staff in accordance with the laws in effect at the time of retirement. Therefore, before making any final decisions concerning retirement, I should contact the COA ERS staff.
