Notice is hereby made that the City of Austin Employees' Retirement System has filed an application with the Internal Revenue Service for a new determination letter. The most recent determination letter was issued March 17, 2003. Obtaining a new determination letter will confirm that plan provisions are compliant with requirements of the Internal Revenue Service for a tax-qualified retirement plan.
